Who We Are & How Did We Get Here?
A family operated business, specialising in the care of privately owned investment property, holiday homes, luxury and exotic vehicles, aircraft and other Lifestyle Assets.
After many years of managing our own property holding company, being fortunate enough to own some special vehicles and being exposed to the aviation industry, our passion for enjoying and taking care of these valuable assets, led us to offer the same services to others.
Many people own second homes, vacation apartments or investment cars that are tucked away and unused for a large portion of the year. Often, vacation homes stand empty and unoccupied. These homes need to be monitored for intrusion, fire and water damage, structural damage or even illegal occupation. Owners may not live in close proximity to these assets, making it difficult to oversee them, personally.
Private Asset Care Services (PACS) will tailor an offering to suit your needs. We become your eyes and ears and first responder, when you cannot physically be there to ensure your property is safe and protected. We apply our own personal principals of taking the utmost care of these assets, ensuring they retain maximum market value.
If it is simply needing us to provide a "hold my keys" service, to needing regular site visits and inspections, we can offer a solution that will meet your requirements, as well as your budget.
